摘　　要：目的:探讨负性生活事件与大学生抑郁的关系及作用机制。方法:采用青少年生活事件量表,抑郁自评量表,抑郁话题网络媒介接触问卷,负性认知加工偏向问卷对1369名大学生进行问卷调查。结果:①负性生活事件对抑郁具有显著的正向预测作用(β=0.29,P<0.001);②负性认知加工偏向在负性生活事件和抑郁间起部分中介作用(effect=0.14,95%CI为[0.11,0.17]);③抑郁话题网络媒介接触对负性认知加工偏向和抑郁之间的关系存在调节作用(β=0.09,P<0.001),具体而言,相比于低抑郁话题网络媒介接触,高抑郁话题网络媒介接触大学生的负性认知加工偏向对抑郁的预测作用更强。结论:负性生活事件通过负性认知加工偏向影响抑郁,并且这一关系受到抑郁话题网络媒介接触的调节。Objective:To investigate the relationship between negative life events and depression among college students and the mechanism between the negative cognitive processing bias and the internet media contact on depression topics.Methods:A total of 1369 college students were recruited to participate in this study.They completed multiple questionnaires,namely,the Adolescent Self-rating Life Events Checklist,Self-rating Depression Scale,Depression Topic Internet Media Contact Questionnaire and Negative Cognitive Processing Bias Questionnaire.Results:①Negative life events could significantly positively predictdepression(β=0.29,P<0.001);②Negative cognitive processing bias played a mediating role in the relationship betweennegative life events and depression(effect=0.14,95%CI was[0.11,0.17]);③Internet media contact on depression topics moderated the relationship betweennegative cognitive processing bias and depression(β=0.09,P<0.001).Specifically,compared with low-depression topic internet media contact,the negative cognitive processing bias of high-depression topic internet media contact individuals has a stronger predictive effect on depression.Conclusion:Negative life events affect depression through negative cognitive processing bias,and this relationship is moderated by Internet media contact on depression topics.
