摘　　要：本研究在于探索非自杀性自伤行为(nonsuicidal self-injury,NSSI)产生与持续的可能原因。本研究认识到NSSI患者的认知缺陷、功能障碍会放大其所面临的压力及家庭、社会中不良因素的影响;患者的情绪调节障碍、应激反应异常限制了其匮乏的应对能力的发挥。疼痛感知障碍和各类信息接触是产生非自杀性自伤行为的重要原因,而类似的成瘾神经活动机制,恶化了认知障碍,导致更强的疼痛寻求。这些因素在NSSI行为中发挥着重要作用,因此,需要从更多维度探析该病的发病机制,为开发更有效的干预策略提供理论依据。The purpose of this study is to explore the possible causes for the onset and persistence of nonsuicidal self-injury(NSSI).This research acknowledges that cognitive deficits and functional impairments in NSSI patients amplify the impact of stress and adverse factors in their family and social environments.Emotional regulation disorders and abnormal stress responses restrict the patients'already limited coping abilities.Pain perception disorders and exposure to various types of information are significant causes of NSSI behavior,while similar addictive neural activity mechanisms exacerbate cognitive impairments,leading to increased pain-seeking behavior.These factors play a crucial role in NSSI behavior.Therefore,it is necessary to investigate the pathogenesis of NSSI from multiple dimensions to provide a theoretical basis for developing more effective intervention strategies.
