摘　　要：目的:探讨结构式心理干预对带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者情绪状态及满意度的影响。方法:将某院2022年10月-2023年10月收治的180例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者随机分为对照组(n=90,常规临床干预)和观察组(n=90,结构式心理干预)。比较两组干预前后的焦虑、抑郁情绪状态、疼痛程度、自我效能感、睡眠质量及生活质量,评价两组的干预满意度。结果:干预后,观察组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组(t=-6.793,-6.228;P<0.05);干预后,观察组的疼痛程度较对照组明显缓解(Z=6.255,P<0.05);干预后,观察组的自我效能感水平高于对照组(Z=8.369,P<0.05);干预后,观察组的匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分低于对照组,简明生活质量调查表(SF-36)评分高于对照组(t=-7.461,7.348;P<0.05)。观察组的干预满意度高于对照组(χ^(2)=7.120,P<0.05)。结论:对状疱疹后遗神经痛患者应用结构式心理干预可改善情绪状态,减轻疼痛程度,提高自我效能感,改善其睡眠质量,从而提高患者的生活质量,获得较高的满意度。Objective:To explore the influence on emotional state and satisfaction in patients with postherpetic neuralgia(PHN)intervened by structural psychological intervention.Methods:A total of 180 patients with PHN in the hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were randomized into control group(n=90,conventional clinical intervention)and observation group(n=90,structural psychological intervention).The anxiety,depression,pain degree,self-efficacy,sleep quality and quality of life were compared before and after intervention,and the intervention satisfaction was evaluated.Results:After intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(t=-6.793,-6.228;P<0.05).The pain degree in the observation group after intervention was significantly relieved compared to the control group(Z=6.255,P<0.05).The observation group had higher self-efficacy level after intervention(Z=8.369,P<0.05).After intervention,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score in the observation group was lower while the SF-36 score was higher(t=-7.461,7.348;P<0.05).The intervention satisfaction was higher in the observation group(χ^(2)=7.120,P<0.05).Conclusion:Structural psychological intervention can improve the emotional state in PHN patients,relieve the pain degree,enhance the self-efficacy,and improve the sleep quality,thus enhancing the quality of life of patients and obtaining higher satisfaction.
