摘 要:为提高煤粉燃烧率及延长直吹管使用寿命,对单-双枪喷煤直吹管流场及温度场进行仿真分析。采用理论分析和三维模拟分析的方法,建立单-双枪喷煤直吹管三维模型,运用Workbench平台Fluent模块分别对热风管道及喷吹管道流动情况进行仿真,并对结果进行分析。对比不同喷煤枪内衬对直吹管温度场变化的影响,将Fluent模块模拟结果导入Thermal模块进行流场-温度场耦合计算。研究结果表明:处于热风中的喷煤枪部分承受较大压力,特别是煤枪与直吹管内衬相交部分存在压力集中;沿着喷煤轴线方向,煤枪外枪壳中后段温度逐渐升高,喷煤枪温度最大发生在喷枪管体与吹管管体交汇处;更换陶瓷内衬钢管后,喷煤枪外侧最高温度下降了102.29℃。该结果可为直吹管实际运行和结构设计提供重要参考。In order to improve the pulverized coal combustion rate and prolong the service life of the direct blow pipe,the flow field and temperature field of the single-double gun coal injection direct blow pipe are simulated and analyzed.Using the methods of theoretical analysis and three-dimensional simulation analysis,the three-dimensional model of the single-double gun coal injection direct blowing pipe is established,and the flow conditions of the hot air pipe and the injection pipe are simulated by using the Fluent module of the Workbench platform,and the results are analyzed.To compare the influence of different coal injection lance linings on the temperature field change of the direct blowing pipe,the simulation results of the Fluent module are imported into the Thermal module for flow field-temperature field coupling calculation.The research results show that:the part of the coal injection gun in the hot air bears a large pressure,especially the pressure concentration exists in the intersecting part of the coal gun and the inner lining of the straight blowing pipe.The highest temperature of the coal injection gun occurs at the intersection of the spray gun body and the blowpipe body;after replacing the ceramic-lined steel pipe,the maximum temperature outside the coal injection gun dropped by 102.29°C.It can provide an important reference for the actual operation and structural design of straight blowpipe.
