摘 要:为了避免由缝隙而引起的电磁泄漏问题,首先分析了缝隙的泄漏原理,其次基于高导电胶条的屏蔽原理介绍了转移阻抗对机箱屏蔽效能的影响,最后采用电磁仿真软件分析了铝银导电胶条对机箱屏蔽效能的影响。结果表明,缝隙的屏蔽对于电子机箱格外重要,采用铝镀银高导电胶条能够有效提升机箱的屏蔽效能,提升整机抗电磁干扰能力。In order to avoid electromagnetic leakage caused by gaps,this paper analyzes the leakage principle of gaps.Based on the shielding principle of the high conductivity rubber,the influence of transfer impedance on the shielding efficiency of the case is introduced.Finally,electromagnetic simulation software is used to analyze the influence of aluminum silver conductive rubber on the shielding efficiency of the case.The results show that the gap shielding is particularly important for the electronic case.The aluminum silver high conductive rubber can effectively improve the shielding efficiency of the case and improve the anti-electromagnetic interference ability of the whole machine.
