摘　　要：砂轮主轴是蜗杆砂轮磨齿机的关键部件,主轴的动态回转误差直接影响着工件加工质量。介绍了采用主轴动态误差测试仪测量主轴误差的原因,使用主轴动态误差分析仪对磨齿机主轴几种常用转速进行了动态回转误差测量,测量的数据包括同步运动误差、非同步运动误差、总误差、径向跳动,通过分析对比可知主轴转速在4000 r/min时误差最小,采用该转速磨削可取得较好加工质量。测量主轴转速在4000 r/min时的温度变化和热误差可知,主轴热误差的变化趋势与温度变化趋势一致,控制主轴温度保持恒温是提高磨齿精度的关键。The spindle of grinding wheel is the key component of worm wheel gear grinding machine.The dynamic rotation error of the spindle directly affects the machining quality of the workpiece.This paper introduces the reason why the spindle dynamic error tester is used to measure the spindle error.The spindle dynamic error analyzer is used to measure the dynamic rotation error of several commonly used spindles of the gear grinding machine.The measured data includes the synchronous motion error,asynchronous motion error,total error and radial run out.Through analysis and comparison,it can be seen that the error is the smallest when the spindle speed is 4000 r/min,good machining quality can be achieved by using this speed.The temperature change and thermal error measurement of the spindle at 4000 r/min shows that the variation trend of the spindle thermal error is basically consistent with that of the temperature.Controlling the spindle temperature to maintain a constant temperature is the key to improving the grinding accuracy.
