摘　　要：骨架油封外圈与安装座内孔为过盈配合,在拆卸时较为困难。传统的拆卸方法是采用破坏性拆除,拆卸后骨架油封丧失了原有的密封效果,必须要更换新的骨架油封,此方法不适用于频繁多次拆卸的场合。文中提出了一种全新的骨架油封拆卸方法,并对理论拆卸效果进行了计算验证。The outer ring of the rotary shaft lip seal and the inner hole of the mounting base are interference fit,which is difficult to disassemble.The traditional disassembly method is to use destructive demolition,the rotary shaft lip seal loses the original sealing effect after disassembly,and must be replaced with a new rotary shaft lip seal,which is not applicable to the occasions of frequent and multiple disassembly.This paper proposes a new rotary shaft lip seal disassembly method,and the theoretical disassembly effect is verified by calculation.
