摘　　要：滤棒生产过程中需要定期对甘油箱进行清洗,以避免杂质堵塞过滤器、甘油喷嘴,影响滤棒硬度、吸阻的稳定性。目前采用的清洗、过滤方式费时费力、效果不佳,且存在浪费及污染环境的问题。文中设计了甘油抽吸、加注及过滤装置,可将甘油箱内的甘油抽出、过滤后储存到临时储存箱内,待甘油箱清洗完毕后,再将临时储存的甘油二次过滤后,加注到甘油箱中。该装置提升了清洗效率和过滤效果,避免了甘油的浪费和环境污染,改进后,清洗步骤由原来的7步减少到4步,清洗时间由平均72 min降低到30 min左右,1人可完成过去需要3~4人才能完成的工作。The triacetin tank needs to be cleaned regularly during the production of filter rods to avoid blockage of the filter and triacetin nozzle,which can affect the stability of hardness and suction resistance.The current cleaning and filtering methods are time-consuming and ineffective,and there are problems of waste and environmental pollution.The triacetin pumping,filling and filtering device is designed to pump out the triacetin from the triacetin tank,filter and store it in a temporary storage tank,then after the triacetin tank has been cleaned,the triacetin in the temporary storage is filtered twice and then filled into the triacetin tank.The device improves the cleaning efficiency and filtration effect,avoiding the waste of glycerin and the problem of polluting the environment.After the improvement,the cleaning steps are reduced from the original 7 steps to 4 steps,the cleaning time is reduced from about 72 minutes to about 30 minutes,and 1 person can complete the work that previously required 3~4 people to complete.
