摘　　要：介绍了离合器壳体在汽车传动系统中的作用及其结构特点,通过对一种典型的重型载货车离合器壳体的机加工工艺方案研究,包括工艺流程规划、加工设备选型、装夹定位方式选择以及研究分析机加工过程中常见的质量问题,针对性地给出了解决方案,为制定不同类型重型载货车离合器壳体机加工工艺方案及解决加工过程质量问题提供了参考依据。The role of clutch housing in automobile transmission system and its structural characteristics are introduced.This paper studies on the machining process scheme of a typical heavy-duty truck clutch housing,including process flow planning,processing equipment selection,clamping positioning method selection,and analyzes common quality problems in the machining process.Targeted solutions are given,which provides a reference for formulating of clutch housing of different types of heavy-duty trucks machining technology schemes and solving processing quality problems.
