摘　　要：冠状动脉搭桥术是治疗冠状动脉病变的常用方法,患者在围手术期会面临多种症状困扰,严重影响其治疗依从性及远期预后。文章综述了冠状动脉搭桥术患者围手术期症状群、测评工具、影响因素及干预措施等,旨在为该类人群症状群的管理提供参考。Coronary artery bypass grafting is currently one of the most commonly used and effective methods for treating coronary artery diseases.Patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting surgery may face various symptoms perioperatively,which seriously affects their treatment compliance and long-term prognosis.This article reviews the manifestations,assessment tools,influencing factors and intervention measures of symptom clusters,aiming to provide references for future management.
