1例全身反复湿疹合并肝着患者的中医护理

摘　　要：文章总结了1例全身反复湿疹合并肝着患者的中医护理措施。以中医辨证施护为指导,对该患者实施个性化皮肤护理、口服中药制剂、艾灸、耳尖放血、五行音乐干预以及饮食起居护理等。在实施中医整体护理后,患者湿疹情况明显好转,肝功能恢复正常。连续干预3周后,患者皮肤表面苔藓样变逐渐脱落,瘙痒明显好转。出院后随访1个月,患者四肢虽仍有部分湿疹尚在恢复,但无苔藓样变,无明显瘙痒。This paper summarizes the nursing care based on the traditional Chinese medicine for a case of systemic eczema complicated with liver disease.With the guidance of TCM syndrome differentiation and care,personalized skin,oral Chinese medicine preparation,moxibustion,ear tip bloodletting,five elements music intervention,diet and daily living care were administered to the patient.After the implementation,the patient's eczema relieved significantly,and his liver function returned to normal level.After 3-week intervention,the patient′s pruritus significantly relieved with lichenificated skin shedding off.One month after discharge,part of the patient's limbs were still recovering from eczema,without lichenification and obvious pruritus.
