摘  要:大学生方程式赛车的车架是整车的装配基体,车架的强度和刚度关系到整车的燃油经济性、动力性以及操作稳定性。基于大学生方程式汽车大赛规则,在CATIA软件中创建了车架的三维模型。根据拓扑优化结果,在CATIA中优化了原始车架模型。对车架在不同工况下的变形量及应力进行了分析,以判断车架的强度和刚度是否满足大赛要求。同时对车架进行了模态分析,以防止车架在比赛时发生共振。根据优化后车架的仿真结果可知,优化后车架的强度和刚度均满足大学生方程式汽车大赛要求。从参加2021和2022赛季中国大学生方程式汽车大赛的结果可知,所设计的车架满足大赛要求。The chassis of a Formula Student racing car serves as the foundation for the entire vehicle's assembly,and its strength and stiffness directly impact the vehicle's fuel economy,power performance,and maneuver stability.Based on the rules of FSAE,a three-dimensional model of the chassis was created in CATIA software.Leveraging the results of topology optimization,the initial chassis model was refined within CATIA.An analysis of the chassis'deformation and stress under various operating conditions was conducted to assess whether its strength and stiffness met the competition's requirements.Additionally,a modal analysis was performed to prevent resonance during racing.The simulation results of the optimized chassis indicate that both its strength and stiffness meet the standards set by the FSAE.As a result by participating in the FSAE in the 2021 and 2022 seasons,the designed chassis successfully meets the competition's requirements.
