摘 要:在某车型小批量试制过程中,出现制动踏板与加速踏板相对高度超差问题,影响用户驾驶体验。建立了制动踏板3DCS公差模型,对装配过程中的公差累积进行了仿真,通过Monte Carlo、HLM、Geo-Factor 3种不同求解算法对关重影响因子和贡献度进行了溯源。结果表明,制动踏板几何因子影响系数(Geo-Factor值)高达1.74,结构稳健性差。结合成本、质量和空间布置,对制动踏板基座结构进行了优化。仿真结果显示,Geo-Factor值为1.12,结构稳健性提高35.6%。制作30套快速样件进行了实车验证,Minitab统计结果表明,制动踏板和加速踏板的相对高度满足评价标准。In the process of pre-production trials,the relative height between the brake pedal and the accelerator pedal is out of tolerance,which affects the user's driving sensations.A 3DCS tolerance model of the brake pedal was established to simulate the tolerance accumulation during the assembly process.And also,the impact factor and contribution of the key weight were traced through three different algorithms:Monte Carlo,HLM and Geo-Factor.The results showed that the Geo-Factor coefficient of the brake pedal was as high as 1.74,and the structural robustness was poor.Combined with the cost,quality and space arrangement,the structure of the brake pedal base was optimized,and the simulation results show that the Geo-Factor coefficient is 1.12,and the structural robustness is improved by 35.6%.30 sets of rapid samples were made for verification,and the results of Minitab showed that the relative height between the brake pedal and the accelerator pedal met the evaluation criteria.
