摘  要:文章旨在研究日粮中不同水平苜蓿多糖(AlfalfaPolysaccharides,APS)对肉羊生长性能、抗氧化指标及肉品质的影响。试验将60只日龄相近(120d左右),初始体重为(25.60±1.62)kg的健康湖羊随机分为4组,各组肉羊分别饲喂基础日粮+0、200、400、600mg/kg的苜蓿多糖,并分别记为APS0组、APS1组、APS2组、APS3组,每组3个重复,每个重复5只肉羊。试验为期60d。结果表明:(1)与APS0组相比,APS2组肉羊的末重显著提高11.52%(P<0.05),平均日增重显著提高22.66%(P<0.05),APS1组、APS2组、APS3组肉羊的料重比显著降低6.13%、14.55%、9.04%(P<0.05);(2)与APS0组相比,APS2组、APS3组肉羊血清总抗氧化能力显著提高(P<0.05),丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.05),APS1组、APS2组、APS3组肉羊血清超氧化物歧化酶活性显著提高(P<0.05);(3)与APS0组相比,APS2组、APS3组的滴水损失显著降低(P<0.05),熟肉率显著提高(P<0.05)。由此可见,日粮中添加适宜水平的苜蓿多糖可以提高肉羊的生长性能,改善肉羊的抗氧化指标和肉品质,且肉羊日粮中苜蓿多糖的适宜添加水平为400mg/kg。To investigate the effects of different levels of alfalfa polysaccharides(APS)in feed on the growth performance,antioxidant indicators,and meat quality of meat sheep.Sixty healthy Hu sheep with similar age(around 120 days)and an initial weight of 25.60±1.62kg were selected and randomly divided into four groups.Each group of meat sheep was fed with basic diet+0,200,400 and 600 mg/kg of alfalfa polysaccharide,and recorded as APS0 group,APS1 group,APS2 group,and APS3 group.Each group had 3 replicates,with 5 meat sheep in each replicate.The experimental period is 60 days.The results showed that:(1)Compared with the APS0 group,the APS2 group significantly increased the final weight by 11.52%(P<0.05),and the average daily weight gain by 22.66%(P<0.05).The feed weight ratio of APS1 group,APS2 group,and APS3 group significantly decreased by 6.13%,14.55%,and 9.04%(P<0.05);(2)Compared with the APS0 group,the APS2 and APS3 groups showed a significant increase in total antioxidant capacity in the serum of sheep(P<0.05),a significant decrease in malondialdehyde content(P<0.05),and a significant increase in serum superoxide dismutase activity in the APS1,APS2,and APS3 groups(P<0.05);(3)Compared with the APS0 group,the drip loss of APS2 and APS3 groups was significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the cooked meat rate was significantly increased(P<0.05).From this,it can be seen that adding an appropriate level of alfalfa polysaccharides to the diet can improve the growth performance of meat sheep,improve their antioxidant indicators and meat quality.The appropriate level of alfalfa polysaccharides added to the diet of meat sheep is 400 mg/kg.
