摘 要:文章旨在分析果寡糖对肉鸡生长性能、抗氧化指标、免疫球蛋白和炎症因子的影响。试验选择甘肃省某肉鸡养殖场的200只1日龄黄羽肉鸡作为试验对象,平均分为4组(即对照组、试验A、B、C组),每组10个重复,每个重复5只肉鸡,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验A、B、C组分别在基础上添加1.0g/kg、2.0g/kg、3.0g/kg果寡糖。结果表明,与对照组相比,果寡糖试验组肉鸡平均日采食量和平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),试验A、B、C组平均日采食量分别提高了7.12%、10.82%、9.99%,平均日增重分别提高了15.01%、29.61%、28.90%;试验A、B、C组料重比分别显著降低了7.06%、14.51%、14.90%(P<0.05);对照组肉鸡血清中T-SOD、GSH-Px、T-AOC活性均显著低于果寡糖试验组(P<0.05),MDA活性显著高于果寡糖试验组(P<0.05);试验组肉鸡血清IgG、IL-4水平显著升高(P<0.05),IL-6、TNF-α水平显著下降(P<0.05)。结论 :果寡糖能显著提高肉鸡生长性能、机体抗氧化指标和血清免疫指标,且2.0g/kg果寡糖添加量的效果最佳,这为果寡糖在黄羽肉鸡中的合理添加提供了参考依据。To analyze the effects of fruit oligosaccharides on growth performance,antioxidant indicators,immunoglobulins,and inflammation related factors in broiler chickens.[Method]The 2001-day-old yellow feathered broiler chickens from a broiler farm in Gansu Province were selected as the experimental subjects.They were evenly divided into 4 groups(i.e.control group,test group A,B,C),with 10 replicates in each group and 5 broiler chickens in each group.The control group was fed with basic diet,while experimental group A,B and C were respectively fed with 1.0,2.0,3.0 g/kg fruit oligosaccharides on the basis of the control group.The results showed that the average daily feed intake and average daily weight gain of broiler chickens in the fruit oligosaccharide experimental group were significantly increased(P<0.05).The average daily feed intake of experimental group A,B and C increased by 7.12%,10.82%,and 9.99%,respectively,and the average daily weight gain increased by 15.01%,29.61%,and 28.90%,respectively;The ratio of feed to gain in test groups A,B and C was significantly decreased by 7.06%,14.51%and 14.90%,respectively(P<0.05);The activities of T-SOD,GSH Px,and T-AOC in the serum of broiler chickens in the control group were significantly lower than those in the fruit oligosaccharide experimental group(P<0.05),and the MDA activity was significantly higher than that in the fruit oligosaccharide experimental group(P<0.05);The serum IgG and IL-4 levels of broiler chickens in the experimental group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and IL-6 and TNF-αlevels were significantly decreased(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Fructooligosaccharides can significantly promote the growth performance of broilers,improve the body's antioxidant and serum immune indicators,and the optimal dosage of 2.0 g/kg Fructooligosaccharides is added.This provides a reference basis for the rational addition of Fructooligosaccharides in local yellow feathered broilers in the future.
