摘  要:文中旨在探究α-单月桂酸甘油酯(α-GML)对草鱼生长性能、肠道免疫活性物质及肠道炎症反应基因表达的影响。试验将720尾初重(213.74±7.83)g的草鱼随机分为4组,试验日粮分别在基础日粮基础上添加0、200、400和800 mg/kg α-GML。结果表明,与对照组相比,400和800 mg/kg α-GML组草鱼FBW分别显著提高7.29%和8.71%(P<0.05),PWG分别显著提高10.77%和10.80%(P<0.05),SGR分别显著提高5.94%和5.94%(P<0.05),FE分别显著提高10.02%和11.01%(P<0.05);此外,α-GML对草鱼FI无显著影响(P>0.05)。添加400和800 mg/kg α-GML组草鱼前肠LZ活性显著提高(P<0.05);200~800 mg/kg α-GML组草鱼中肠IgM含量显著提高(P<0.05);添加400和800 mg/kg α-GML组草鱼后肠ACP活性显著提高(P<0.05);此外,添加α-GML对草鱼前肠ACP活性、IgM含量,中肠LZ和ACP活性,后肠LZ活性、IgM含量均无显著影响(P>0.05)。200 mg/kg α-GML组草鱼后肠TNF-α和IL-6基因表达量显著降低(P<0.05);400 mg/kg α-GML组草鱼中肠IL-1β和后肠TNF-α、IL-6基因表达量显著降低(P<0.05);800 mg/kg α-GML组草鱼前肠TNF-α、中肠TNF-α、IL-1β和后肠IL-6基因表达量显著降低(P<0.05);此外,α-GML对草鱼前肠和中肠IL-6和后肠IL-1β(P>0.05)。综上所述,α-GML可通过提高草鱼肠道免疫力和功能促进草鱼生长性能的提高。在本试验条件下,α-GML的最佳剂量是400 mg/kg。Effects ofα-monolaurin(α-GML)on growth performance,intestinal immune active substances and intestinal inflammatory response gene expression of grass carp.720 grass carp with an initial weight of(213.74±7.83)g were divided into four groups,which were fed experimental diets supplemented with 0,200,400 and 800 mg/kgα-GML,respectively.(Results)Compared with control group,FBW of grass carp in 400 and 800 mg/kgα-GML groups was significantly increased by 7.29%and 8.71%,respectively(P<0.05).PWG was significantly increased by 10.77%and 10.80%(P<0.05),respectively.SGR was significantly increased by 5.94%and 5.94%(P<0.05),respectively.FE was significantly increased by 10.02%and 11.01%,respectively.In addition,α-GML had no significant effect on FI of grass carp(P>0.05).The LZ activity in the foregut of grass carp supplemented with 400 and 800 mg/kgα-GML groups was significantly increased(P<0.05);The IgM content of grass carp midgut in 200-800 mg/kgα-GML group was significantly increased(P<0.05);In addition,the ACP activity of hind intestine of grass carp in 400 and 800 mg/kgα-GML groups was significantly increased(P<0.05);In addition,α-GML supplementation had no significant effects on ACP activity and IgM content in foregut,LZ and ACP activities in midgut,LZ activity and IgM content in hindgut(P>0.05).The expression levels of TNF-αand IL-6 genes in hindgut of grass carp in 200 mg/kgα-GML group were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The expression levels of IL-1βin midgut and TNF-αand IL-6 in hindgut of grass carp in 400 mg/kgα-GML group were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The expressions of TNF-α,TNF-α,IL-1βand IL-6 genes in foregut,midgut and hindgut of grass carp in 800 mg/kgα-GML group were significantly decreased(P<0.05).In addition,α-GML inhibited IL-6 in foregut and midgut and IL-1βin hindgut of grass carp(P>0.05).In summary,α-GML can promote the growth performance of grass carp by improving intestinal immunity and function.It is suggested that 400 mg/kgα-GML dose is the best.
