摘 要:作为农业产业的组成部分,饲料企业的经济效益、战略目标、管理水平都直接关系到整个产业链的稳定发展。而工作绩效是管理学的重要概念,主要用于反映一定时期内的工作成绩和成效。在饲料企业内部,持续提升工作绩效就是要从员工的行为、方式、结果等角度入手,制定相应措施,以便更好地预测员工所能取得的工作成绩和成效。为此,本文从管理学视角出发,对工作绩效的重要性和影响因素进行深入分析,并提出了饲料企业工作绩效的提升策略,从而为饲料企业的可持续发展奠定坚实的基础。As a component of the agricultural industry,the economic benefits,strategic goals,and management level of feed enterprises are directly related to the stable development of the entire industry chain.Work performance is an important concept in management,mainly used to reflect work performance and effectiveness over a certain period of time.Within feed enterprises,continuously improving work performance means starting from the perspectives of employee behavior,methods,and results,and developing targeted improvement measures to better predict the work achievements and outcomes that employees can achieve.Therefore,from the perspective of management,this article conducts an in-depth analysis of the importance and influencing factors of work performance,and proposes strategies to improve the work performance of feed enterprises,laying a solid foundation for the sustainable development of feed enterprises.
