摘　　要：随着市场竞争的加剧,供应链成为饲料企业维持运营和发展的经济命脉。究其原因,饲料企业的原料采购、生产加工、市场营销、仓储物流、售后服务等诸多环节都处于供应链的功能网链结构中。如何有效管理供应链,提高配送贸易合同中的履约质量,成为摆在饲料企业面前的一大挑战。为此,本文从饲料企业的视角对供应链配送贸易合同的履约情况进行分析,并根据四大履约要素提出饲料企业履约质量的提升策略,力求全方位提升饲料企业履行供应链配送贸易合同的实际能力,助力饲料企业的可持续发展。With the intensification of market competition,the supply chain has become the economic lifeline for feed enterprises to maintain operation and development.The reason behind this is that many aspects of feed enterprises,such as raw material procurement,production and processing,marketing,warehousing and logistics,and after-sales service,are all within the functional network structure of the supply chain.How to effectively manage the supply chain and improve the quality of performance in distribution trade contracts has become a major challenge for feed enterprises.Therefore,this article analyzes the performance of supply chain distribution trade contracts from the perspective of feed enterprises,and proposes strategies to improve the quality of performance of feed enterprises based on the four major performance factors,aiming to comprehensively enhance the practical ability of feed enterprises to fulfill supply chain distribution trade contracts and help feed enterprises achieve sustainable development.
