摘 要:饲料产业是我国国民经济发展的重要组成部分,饲料企业的长远发展离不开人才的支持,而人才价值的体现也离不开饲料企业的培养,二者之间相辅相成、相互成就。马斯洛需求层次理论从5个方面阐述了人的不同需求,这与饲料企业的激励体系是否完善具有密切联系。因此,饲料企业应结合该理论丰富激励体系的内容及措施发挥对员工的激励作用,使其更好地服务于企业发展。本文主要分析了马斯洛需求层次理论的内涵,明确了马斯洛需求层次理论在饲料企业激励体系中的重要性,以期为饲料企业高质量发展奠定坚实的人才基础。Feed industry is an important part of the development of China's national economy,the long-term development of feed enterprises cannot be separated from the support of talents,and the embodiment of the value of talents is also inseparable from the cultivation of enterprises,the two complement each other,mutual achievement.Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory elaborates people's different needs from five aspects,which is closely related to the improvement of enterprise's incentive system.Therefore,feed enterprises should combine the theory to enrich the content and measures of incentive system,in order to play a role in motivating employees,so that it can better serve the development of enterprises.This paper mainly analyzed the connotation of Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,clarified the importance of Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory in the incentive system of feed enterprises,and the improvement strategy of incentive system based on the theory,in order to lay a solid talent foundation for the high-quality development of feed enterprises.
