摘　　要：《创造性破坏的力量:经济剧变与国民财富》是法国著名经济学家阿吉翁等人于2020年出版的经济学力作。本文拟从以下十一个方面做一述评,其中,第一部分至第六部分主要是对阿吉翁等人书中经济增长统计的内容做摘要转述,第七部分至第十一部分则以笔者的经济统计学评论为主。主要观点如下:第一,GDP数据内涵与纯市场理念下的定量分析研究实质上相悖,在全球化时代“国外账户”是宏观经济平衡核算不可或缺的项目集合;第二,全球生产链中不同“链位”国家受到的增长约束不同,新兴经济体面临的全球化绝对不是所谓的自由竞争的市场经济;第三,“创造性破坏”净效益的测度需要特别注意长期成本与短期成本、潜在成本与显在成本的充分比较;第四,经济统计学发展的失落从根本上看是由于经济学科群自身的结构性缺陷,只有树立避免“测度陷阱”的自觉意识,才能切实打破经济统计学科的“历史终结论”。The Power of Creative Destruction:Economic Upheaval and the Wealth of National is an economic masterpiece published by renowned French economist Aghion,et al.in 2020.The book adopts the“Schumpeter paradigm”(“creative destruction paradigm”)to explore economic and social mysteries and problems related to the growth process.The first to sixth parts of this article mainly summarize and paraphrase the contents of economic growth statistics in Aghion’s book,while the seventh to eleventh parts mainly focus on the comments on economic statistics.First,the inherent meaning of GDP data fundamentally contradicts the essence of quantitative analysis under the pure market concept.In the era of globalization,the“Foreign Account”is an indispensable set of items for macroeconomic balance accounting.Second,countries at different“chain positions”in the global production chain face different growth constraints.For emerging economies,globalization is by no means the so-called free competition market economy.Third,the measurement of the net benefits of“creative destruction”requires special attention to the thorough comparison of long-term costs and short-term costs,as well as potential costs and apparent costs.Fourth,the decline in the development of economic statistics is fundamentally due to the structural defects within the discipline of economics itself.Only the consciousness of avoiding the“measurement trap”can be set up to break the“historical extinction”of economic statistics.
