摘  要:润滑系统担负着润滑、冷却、传力、清洗、密封等功能,润滑系统的工作状态与发动机的性能和可靠性关系十分密切。压力润滑是通过油道将润滑油以合适的流量输送到所需要的部位,以满足各摩擦副的用油需求。介绍了一款4缸发动机通过对润滑油道结构的优化,降低了机油泵的转排量,从而降低机油泵轴功率,改善了整机的燃油经济性及NVH性能。The lubrication system is responsible for lubrication,cooling,force transmission,cleaning,sealing and other functions.The working state of the lubrication system is closely related to the performance and reliability of the engine.Pressure lubrication is to transport the oil through the oil channel at a suitable flow to the parts in need,to meet the oil demand of each friction pair.Taking a 4-cylinder engine as an example,the effects of oil channel structure optimization on the oil pump displacement reduction,further on the oil pump driving power reduction,thus on the improvement of the fuel economy and NVH performance of the engine are introduced.
