摘  要:文章研究聚焦于承德市如何通过策略性举措推动电动汽车储能系统与资源集约利用的协同发展。在全球能源转型和保护环境的大背景下,此举对提升承德市能源效率、优化能源结构、提高清洁能源比重至关重要,有助于实现可持续发展。该策略涵盖政策扶持、技术创新、资源配置优化和监管评估,旨在激发市场活力、提升系统性能、实现高效能源利用和系统安全稳定运行。承德市作为能源转型先锋,将深化合作与交流,为其他城市提供宝贵的经验和模式,共同推动绿色能源发展。This study focuses on how Chengde city can promote the coordinated development of electric vehicle energy storage systems and resource intensive utilization through strategic measures.Against the backdrop of global energy transition and environmental protection,this initiative is crucial for enhancing Chengde's energy efficiency,optimizing its energy structure,and increasing the proportion of clean energy,thereby contributing to achieving sustainable development.The strategies include policy support,technological innovation,optimization of resource allocation,and regulatory evaluation,aiming to stimulate market vitality,enhance system performance,achieve efficient energy utilization,and ensure the safe and stable operation of the system.As a pioneer in energy transition,Chengde city will deepen cooperation and exchanges,provide valuable experiences and models for other cities to jointly promote the development of green energy.
