摘  要:为了提高巴哈赛车的操纵稳定性,文章对四轮驱动巴哈赛车的悬架系统进行优化设计与分析。首先根据巴哈赛车整车设计参数选定了前后悬架的类型,计算了悬架的主要参数,确定了悬架硬点的空间位置。在此基础上,采用ADAMS/Car建立了前后悬架的运动学仿真模型,分析了车辆定位参数的变动规律以及对操控稳定性的影响。根据仿真结果利用ADAMS/Insight模块对悬架硬点进行优化,得到了符合设计要求的悬架参数。结果表明,该方法能够有效实现巴哈赛车悬架系统的优化设计,并为提升赛车的操控稳定性提供一定的思路和方法。In order to improve the handling stability of Baja race car,this paper optimizes and analyzes the suspension system of the four-wheel-drive Baja race car.First,according to the overall design parameters of Baja race car,the types of front and rear suspensions are selected,the main parameters of the suspension are calculated,and the spatial positions of the suspension hard points are determined.On this basis,the kinematics simulation models of the front and rear suspensions are established using ADAMS/Car,and the change rules of the vehicle positioning parameters and their influence on the handling stability are analyzed.According to the simulation results,the suspension hard points are optimized using the ADAMS/Insight module,and the suspension parameters that meet the design requirements are obtained.The results indicate that the research method proposed in this paper can effectively optimize the design of the suspension system for Baja race cars and can also provide certain ideas for improving the handling stability of the race cars.
