摘 要:为了准确建立钢铝复合副车架的有限元模型并用于疲劳寿命分析,文章以某型号混合动力钢铝复合洗扫车副车架为研究对象,选择刚性单元法近似模拟钢铝部件螺栓连接情况,并设计相应试验进行对比验证。结果表明,该方法在仿真分析中的准确性和可靠性,以此建立较为准确的钢铝复合副车架的疲劳寿命分析有限元模型,仿真分析求解得到结构的整体疲劳寿命基本满足预设的安全寿命标准,证实了有限元建模方法的准确性。In order to establish the finite element model of steel-aluminum composite sub-frame accurately and use it for fatigue life analysis,the sub-frame of a hybrid steel-aluminum composite cleaning vehicle is taken as the research object to model in this paper.The rigid element method is selected to simulate the bolted connection of steel and aluminum parts,and the corresponding tests are designed to verify the accuracy.The results show that the method is accurate and reliable in simulation analysis.In this way,a more accurate finite element model for fatigue life analysis of steel-aluminum composite sub-frame is established,and the overall fatigue life of the structure basically met the preset safety life standard through simulation analysis and solution,which confirmed the accuracy of the finite element modeling method.
