摘　　要：在汽车生产企业中,研发中心实验室在原材料检测、生产质量控制、强检试验预测和售后质量问题分析等方面起着重要作用。随着公司的发展及产量提高,研发中心实验室在试验任务、设备维护、人员技能、耗材备件和综合业务管理方面遇到了挑战,通过实施针对性的管理创新措施并取得了良好效果。文章对实验室在人员、设备和耗材备件等方面的管理创新实践进行了总结,以期为汽车制造行业同类实验室管理提供参考借鉴。In automobile manufacturing enterprises,the R&D center laboratory plays an important role in raw material testing,production quality control,compulsory items pre-testing and after-sales quality problem analysis.With the development of the company and the increase of production,the R&D center laboratory encountered challenges in test tasks,equipment maintenance,personnel skills,consumable spare parts and integrated business management,and achieved good results through the implementation of targeted management innovation measures.This paper summarizes the manage-ment innovation practice of laboratory in personnel,equipment and consumable spare parts,in order to provide reference for similar laboratory management in automobile manufacturing industry.
