摘　　要：医院是保障人民健康的重要组织机构,它需要保障患者和医护人员在医院内的便利性和舒适度。无接触式贩卖机作为一种新型的服务设施,在后疫情时代的各个场所越来越普及。文章从医院的卫生需求和人际关系问题切入,以无接触式贩卖机为载体,希望以服务设计综合性解决问题的特点,减轻因医院卫生服务不完善和人际的冷漠所引发的负面情绪。Hospital is an important organization to protect people's health.It needs to guarantee the convenience and comfort of patients and medical staff in the hospital.As a new type of service facility,contactless vending machines are becoming more and more popular in various places in the post-epidemic era.Starting from the hospital's health needs and interpersonal problems,this paper takes the contactless vending machine as the carrier,and hopes to alleviate the negative emotions caused by the imperfect hospital health services and interpersonal apathy with the characteristics of comprehensive service design to solve the problem.
