摘 要:氧化铝生产工艺中,拜耳铝酸钠溶液含有许多稀散的有价金属。如果将这些有价金属回收,可以减少资源浪费以及提高生产的经济效益。本文选用壳聚糖为原料,钒离子为模版离子,使用分子印迹技术成功制备了一种印迹树脂并枝接了季铵基团。研究了树脂对拜耳铝酸钠溶液中钒的吸附性能及机理。吸附实验表明在温度25℃、树脂用量10 g/L、吸附时间为40 min条件下,树脂吸附容量有3.23 mg/g。实验结果表明吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型,树脂可以选择性吸附钒离子。In the process of alumina production,Bayer sodium aluminate solution contains many dispersed valuable metals.If these valuable metals are recycled,it can reduce the waste of resources and improve the economic efficiency of production.In this paper,chitosan was used as raw material,vanadium ion as template ion,and a kind of imprinting resin was prepared by molecular imprinting technology and the quaternary amine group was grafted.The adsorption properties and mechanism of resin for vanadium in Bayer sodium aluminate solution were studied.The adsorption experiments showed that the adsorption capacity of the resin was 3.23 mg/g under the conditions of 25℃,10 g/L resin dosage and 40 min adsorption time.The experimental results showed that the adsorption process conformed to the quasi-second-order kinetic model,and the resin could selectively adsorb vanadium ions.
