摘 要:为适应国家节能减碳政策要求,某公司采用绿色低碳深度节能铝电解技术体系对其240 kA电解系列进行系统性原位优化升级,通过高稳定性磁场原位升级技术、石墨化复合阴极结构技术和内衬结构及电热平衡优化技术等的应用,并自主摸索出一套与设计相匹配的焙烧启动和生产管控工艺技术,提高了电解槽磁流体稳定性,降低了铝液中水平电流和阴极压降,电流效率比改造前提高了4.33%,铝液直流电耗平均值为12479 kWh/t-Al,比改造前降低了864 kWh/t-Al,系列原铝产量增产约14000 t/a。In order to meet the requirements of national energy-saving and carbon reduction policies,a company has adopted a green,low-carbon and deep energy-saving aluminum electrolysis technology system to systematically optimize and upgrade its 240 kA potline in situ.Through the application of high-stability magnetic field in-situ upgrading technology,graphitized composite cathode structure technology,lining structure with electrothermal balance optimization technology,a set of baking start-up and production control process technology is independently explored that matches the design,thus improving the MHD stability of aluminum electrolysis cells and reducing the horizontal current as well as the cathode voltage drop in the aluminum liquid.The current efficiency has increased by 4.33%and the average DC power consumption of the aluminum liquid is 12479 kWh/t-Al,which is 864 kWh/t-Al lower than before,and the aluminum output in the potline has increased by about 14000 t/a.
