摘　　要：由鲁迅、周作人兄弟合编合译的《现代日本小说集》是中国第一部日本现代文学选集,收录了日本明治、大正时期15位作家的30篇小说。它的意义很深刻,但一直以来几乎为学界所忽视。从《现代日本小说集》周边所存在的种种问题开始探讨,并分析中国作家如何接触日本文坛,又如何通过日本现代文学作品和文艺杂志来吸收和消化日本文学,以及日本文坛与中国现代文学形成的(影响)关系。A Collection of Modern Japanese Novels,co-edited and translated by Lu Xun and Zhou Zuoren,is the first anthology of modern Japanese literature in China,containing 30 novels by 15 writers during the Meiji and Taisho periods.Its significance is very profound,but has been largely neglected by the academic community.This paper discusses various issues surrounding A Collection of Modern Japanese Novels,and analyzes how Chinese writers have come into contact with the Japanese literary world,how they have absorbed and digested Japanese literature through Japanese modern literary works and literary magazines,as well as the relationship between Japanese literature and modern Chinese literature.
