摘  要:为有效规划和管理能源资源,促进区域可持续发展,以山东省为研究对象,构建山东省综合能源系统可持续发展能力评价指标体系,利用熵权法量化可持续发展能力。研究结果表明:山东省综合能源系统的经济、环境和社会子系统的可持续发展能力持续升高,资源子系统的可持续发展能力有降低发展趋势,煤炭消耗量、用电量及较高的第二产业占比等是制约山东省综合能源系统可持续发展水平提高的重要因素。山东省应提高第三产业和高新技术产业占比,积极发展新能源和可再生能源,进一步优化电力生产结构与能源消费结构,为山东省综合能源系统高质量可持续发展助力。Taking Shandong Province as the research object,this paper constructed the evaluation index system of the sustainable development ability of the comprehensive energy system in Shandong Province,and used the entropy weight method to quantify its sustainable development ability.The results showed that the sustainable development ability of the economic,environmental and social subsystems of the integrated energy system in Shandong Province continues to increase,while the sustainable development ability of the resource subsystem had a downward trend.The reason was that coal consumption,electricity consumption and the high proportion of the secondary industry were the important factors restricting the sustainable development of the comprehensive energy system in Shandong Province.Shandong Province should further accelerate the transformation of old and new kinetic energy,improve the proportion of tertiary industry and high-tech industry,actively develope new and renewable energy,further optimize the power production structure and energy consumption structure,and would provide assistance for the high-quality sustainable development of Shandong Province's comprehensive energy system.
