区域低碳竞争力评价及障碍因子识别——以安徽省为例

摘  要:低碳竞争力的高低是判断区域可持续发展实力的重要标志。为了系统有效地评价区域低碳竞争力的发展状况,采用熵权TOPSIS法结合耦合协调度模型和障碍度模型,从经济、能源、产业科技、社会生活、环境五个方面选取20个指标评价了2010—2022年安徽省低碳竞争力的动态变化趋势、子系统耦合协调程度及障碍因子,结果表明:综合水平在2010—2022年整体呈稳步增长趋势,由2010年的0.443提升至2022年的0.799,逐步趋于较优水平;2010—2022年5个子系统之间的耦合协调度整体提高,由2010年的0.355(轻度失调)提高至2022年的0.917(优质协调);各子系统对低碳竞争力的影响表现为能源子系统>经济子系统>环境子系统>产业科技子系统>社会生活子系统。The level of low-carbon competitiveness is an important symbol to judge the strength of regional sustainable development.In order to systematically and effectively evaluate the development of regional low-carbon competitiveness,the entropy weight TOPSIS method combined with the coupling coordination degree model and the obstacle degree model is adopted.From the five aspects of economy,energy,industrial science and technology,social life and environment,20 indicators were selected to evaluate the dynamic change trend,subsystem coupling coordination degree and obstacle factors of low-carbon competitiveness in Anhui Province during 2010—2022.The results show that:The overall level showed a steady growth trend from 2010 to 2022,increasing from 0.443 in 2010 to 0.799 in 2022,and gradually tending to a better level.From 2010 to 2022,the coupling coordination degree between the five subsystems was improved overall,from 0.355(mild misalignment)in 2010 to 0.917(good coordination)in 2022;The impact of each subsystem on low-carbon competitiveness is manifested as energy subsystem>economic subsystem>environment subsystem>industrial science and technology subsystem>social life subsystem.
