摘 要:通过对传统的挤压机供锭器进行借鉴、消化和吸收,研发了一新型卧式金属挤压机供锭器,该供锭器采用一个四杆机构和两个平行四边形机构组成的移送机构以实现钳口的平动,利用转动副代替了传统平移伸缩式供锭器的移动副。利用几何方法建立了移送机构的运动学方程,推导出了坯锭位移、速度及加速度函数;仿真得到了坯锭的位移曲线、速度-时间函数曲线及加速度-时间函数曲线。结果表明,坯锭的运行轨迹为类直线运动,坯锭运动自带减速功能。与传统最常用的平移伸缩式供锭器相比,新型供锭器的质量降低了30%,成本降低了40%,设备运行更加可靠,非挤压时间更短。By referencing,digesting and absorbing the traditional ingot feeder for extruder,a new type of ingot feeder for horizontal metal extruder was developed,which achieved the translational movement of jaws by a transfer mechanism composed of a four-bar mechanism and two parallel quadrilateral mechanisms and replaced the moving pair of the traditional telescopic ingot feeder by using a rotating pair.Then,the kinematic equation of the transfer mechanism was established by the geometric method,and the functions of displacement,velocity and acceleration for billet ingot were derived.Furthermore,the displacement curve,speed-time function curve and acceleration-time function curve of the billet ingot were simulated.The results show that the monement trajectory of the billet ingot is a quasi linear motion,and the billet ingot has a deceleration function.Compared with the most commonly used translational telescopic ingot feeder,the weight for the new type of ingot feeder is reduced by 30%,the cost is reduced by 40%,the equipment operation is more reliable,and the non-extrusion time is shorter.
