摘  要:以45#中碳钢为对象,通过不同的热处理工艺加工3种不同晶体结构的实验样品,分析不同晶体结构超声纵波和横波的声弹性效应。试验结果表明螺栓应力测量超声纵波灵敏度优于横波,材料晶体结构对声弹性的线性度以及重复性影响较大,并可通过增加应力强化循环次数进行改善,在制备的3种晶体材料中,以马氏体为主的中碳钢材料最适合于声弹性应力测试。The acoustoelastic effects of ultrasonic longitudinal and transverse waves in 45#medium carbon steel with three different crystal structures processed by different heat treatment processes were analyzed.The results show that the sensitivity of ultrasonic longitudinal wave is better than that of transverse wave in bolt stress measurement,and the crystal structure of the material has a great influence on the linearity and repeatability of the acoustoelasticity,which can be improved by increasing the number of stress strengthening cycles.Among the three crystal materials prepared,the medium carbon steel material with martensite is the most suitable for the acoustoelastic stress measurement.
