兰州市新型城镇化发展测度研究——基于西部10个省会城市比较视角

摘　　要：党的二十大报告提出,深入实施新型城镇化战略,推进以人为核心的新型城镇化。文章基于构建的新型城镇化发展水平测度指标体系,利用熵值法确定权重,对2022年甘肃省兰州市与其他9个西部省会城市的新型城镇化发展水平进行测算和全面系统地分析。研究发现:兰州市总体新型城镇化发展水平在西部地区省会城市排名较为靠后,在人口发展和居民生活质量两方面测度排名相对靠前,导致兰州市排名落后的主要原因是城乡发展不协调,城乡融合发展缓慢,经济发展内生动力不足,活力欠缺,城乡基础设施建设水平有待提升。The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to carry out the new urbanization strategy deeply and promote the new urbanization centered on people.Based on the constructed in-dex system for measuring the development level of new-type urbanization,this paper uses the entropy method to de-termine the weight,and calculates and comprehensively analyzes the development level of new-type urbanization of Lanzhou and other 9 western provincial capitals in 2022.The study found:The overall level of new-type urbaniza-tion in Lanzhou ranks relatively low among provincial capitals in western China,and relatively high in population development and residents'quality of life.The main reasons for Lanzhou′s backward ranking are the uncoordinated development of urban and rural areas,the slow development of urban and rural integration,the lack of endogenous impetus and vitality of economic development,and the level of urban and rural infrastructure construction to be im-proved.
