摘  要:科技服务业是衡量一个国家或地区科技创新和经济发展能力的重要指标。在甘肃省科技服务业中,科学研究与技术服务业事业单位占据重要地位。研究通过运用Banker-Charnes-Cooper数据包络分析模型(BCC-DEA模型)对甘肃省科学研究与技术服务业事业单位的投入产出效率进行评估,发现其综合效率发展良好,但各市州之间分布极度不均衡。为了更有效地推动科技创新和经济发展,提升科技服务业的整体水平,建议政府部门建立和完善创新机制,优化资源配置,加强人才队伍建设等措施。Science and technology service industry is an important index to measure the ability of science and technology innovation and economic development of a country or region.In the science and technology service in-dustry of Gansu Province,the institutions of scientific research and technology service industry occupy an important position.By applying the Banker-Charnes-Cooper Data Envelopment Analysis(BCC-DEA)model to evaluate the input-output efficiency of scientific research and technical service institutions in Gansu Province,it is found that their overall efficiency develops well,but the distribution among various cities and states is extremely unbalanced.In order to more effectively promote scientific and technological innovation and economic development,and im-prove the overall level of science and technology service industry,it is recommended that government departments establish and improve innovation mechanisms,optimize resource allocation,strengthen talent team building,and other measures.
