广西县域科技创新的问题与对策——以河池为例

摘　　要：以广西河池市为例,探讨了县域科技创新的问题与对策。运用文献研究、实地调查、数据分析等方法,从科技政策在县域的实施落实情况和县域企业发展情况分析了河池市科技创新的现状、存在的问题和制约因素,如科技创新体系不健全、科技创新投入不足、科技创新人才缺乏、科技创新成果转化不畅等,并结合河池市实际,提出了加强政策引导与支持、完善体制机制、人才培育和企业创新体系建设等对策建议,旨在为河池市乃至广西部分地市推进县域科技创新发展提供参考。Taking Hechi City of Guangxi as an example,this paper discusses the problems and countermea-sures of county science and technology innovation.By using literature research,field investigation and data analysis and other methods,this paper analyzes the status quo,existing problems and constraints of science and technology innovation in Hechi City from the implementation of science and technology policy in the county and the develop-ment of county enterprises,such as the imperfect science and technology innovation system,insufficient investment in science and technology innovation,lack of science and technology innovation talents,and poor transformation of science and technology innovation achievements.Combined with the actual situation of Hechi City,countermea-sures and suggestions such as strengthening policy guidance and support,improving system and mechanism,talent cultivation and enterprise innovation system construction are put forward,aiming at providing reference for Hechi City and even some cities in Guangxi to promote the development of county science and technology innovation.
