摘 要:焊接作为一种金属连接方式在实际工程中应用广泛,因此在设计焊接方案之前预估焊件残余应力的分布显得尤为重要。采用顺序-热力耦合的方法,通过ABAQUS软件对Q420高强钢对接接头多层多道焊进行模拟,分析了其温度场及应力场的分布规律。模拟结果表明:多层多道焊中温度场出现在焊缝及焊趾处,在焊接单元后方呈椭球形梯度分布;焊件在多次热循环中,当热源到达附近时温度急剧上升,而在热源经过后及冷却阶段其温度变化较为平缓;在焊缝开始和结束的部位因缺乏边界约束而导致拉应力集中,纵向应力在中间区域呈明显的椭球状分布;横向应力在多焊道堆叠中存在应力重新分布现象。Welding is widely used in practical engineering as a metal connection method.Therefore,it is particularly important to predict the distribution of residual stress in the weldment before designing the welding scheme.The multi-layer and multi-pass welding of Q420 high strength steel butt plate was simulated by ABAQUS software,and the distribution of temperature field and stress field was analyzed by sequential-thermal coupling method.The simulation results show that the temperature field in multi-layer multi-pass welding appears at the weld and weld toe,and presents an ellipsoidal gradient distribution behind the welding unit.In multiple thermal cycles,the temperature of the weldment rises sharply when the heat source reaches the vicinity,while the temperature changes gently after the heat source passes and during the cooling stage.At the beginning and end of the weld,the tensile stress concentration is caused by the lack of boundary constraints,and the longitudinal stress is obviously ellipsoidal in the middle area.The transverse stress has the phenomenon of residual stress disappearance and stress redistribution in the multi-pass weld stacking.
