流域全局视角下多沙河流水库库容再生技术新探索

摘  要:为系统性解决多沙河流已建水库淤积问题等,并为拟建水库冲淤设计提供理论和技术支撑,在调水调沙减淤的基础上,针对水库宽滩区大规模淤损库容再生的难题,研究提出多沙河流水库“冲淤过槽、驱沙入海”的库容再生新策略。在水力清淤技术的基础上,为实现冲淤过槽和滩槽同治,探索借助工程措施及模块化装配式的装备分隔控导库区水流,增强水流自身动力和挟沙能力,将高滩淤沙冲入主槽和坝前排沙漏斗,并通过调水调沙带出水库,实现驱沙入海的目标。Based on the water and sediment regulation and silt reduction,a new storage capacity regeneration strategy of“flushing silt through the channel and driving sediment into the sea”for reservoirs on sediment⁃laden rivers was proposed to address the issue of large⁃scale siltation and storage capacity regeneration in wide beach areas of reservoirs.On the basis of hydraulic dredging technology,in order to achieve the simultaneous treatment of erosion and sedimentation in the channel and beach,engineering measures and modular equipment were ex⁃plored to separate and control the water flow in the reservoir area,enhance the self power and sediment carrying capacity of the water flow,and flush the high beach sediment into the main channel and the sediment funnel in front of the dam,and then bring it out of the reservoir through water and sediment regulation,achieving the goal of driving sediment into the sea.Systematically it solved the issue of sedimentation in existing reservoirs on sandy rivers,and provided theoretical and technical support for the design of planned reservoirs for sediment flushing.
