基质种类对不同品种食用百合的影响

摘  要:本试验以山东沂水百合140号、山东沂水百合147号、兰州百合和卷丹百合4种食用百合采用搭配沙子、椰糠、泥炭、泥炭∶蛭石=1∶1及泥炭∶蛭石∶珍珠岩=1∶1∶15种基质进行无土栽培,测定株高、茎粗、鳞茎鲜质量、可溶性固形物含量、可溶性蛋白含量等15个指标,结合隶属函数分析对不同组合下百合的生长情况进行综合评价。结果表明,山东沂水百合147号在泥炭∶蛭石=1∶1中的株高较大,而在泥炭∶蛭石∶珍珠岩=1∶1∶1中茎粗较大,分别为63.06 cm和0.64 cm,且山东沂水百合147号在泥炭中的鳞茎鲜质量平均为41.78 g,而兰州百合在泥炭∶蛭石∶珍珠岩=1∶1∶1中的鳞茎抗逆性较强。通过隶属函数分析得出,生长较好的处理组合为A2B3(山东沂水百合147号在泥炭中)>A2B4(山东沂水百合147号在泥炭∶蛭石=1∶1中)>A1B3(山东沂水百合140号在泥炭中)>A2B5(山东沂水百合147号在泥炭∶蛭石∶珍珠岩=1∶1∶1中)。Four kinds of edible lily,Shandongyishui lily No.140,Shandongyishui lily No.147,Lanzhou lily and Juandan lily were soillessly cultivated with sand,coconut bran,peat,peat∶vermiculite=1∶1 and peat∶vermiculite∶perlite=1∶1∶1.The plant height,stem diameter,bulb fresh weight,soluble solids content,soluble protein content and other 15 indexes were measured,and the growth of lily under different combinations was comprehensively evaluated by membership function analysis.The results showed that the plant height of Shandongyishui lily No.147 was higher in peat∶vermiculite=1∶1,while the stem diameter was larger in peat∶vermiculite∶perlite=1∶1∶1,which were 63.06 cm and 0.64 cm,respectively.The average fresh weight of bulbs of Shandongyishui lily No.147 in peat was 41.78 g,while Lanzhou lily had stronger stress resistance in peat∶vermiculite∶perlite=1∶1∶1.According to the analysis of membership function,the treatment combinations with better growth were A2B3(Shandongyishui Lily No.147 in peat)>A2B4(Shandongyishui Lily No.147 in peat∶vermiculite=1∶1)>A1B3(Shandongyishui Lily No.140 in peat)>A2B5(Shandongyishui Lily No.147 in peat∶vermiculite∶perlite=1∶1∶1).
