摘  要:为明确不同日照时长对韭菜抽薹的影响,筛选适宜抑制韭菜抽薹的日照时间,以深休眠韭菜品种海韭6号为试验材料,设置自然光照(CK)、9 h、10 h、11 h和12 h 5个日照时长,研究不同日照时长对韭菜抽薹的影响。结果表明,适当缩短日照时长可显著抑制韭菜抽薹,其中10 h和11 h日照下韭菜抽薹率最低,分别为0.66%、0.34%;9 h和12 h日照下韭菜抽薹率分别为8.47%、3.31%;花芽分化解剖学观察结果也表明,适当缩短日照时间可有效抑制韭菜花芽分化。本研究结果可为提高河北张家口等高海拔冷凉地区夏季韭菜产量和品质提供参考。In order to clarify the effect of different sunshine duration on the bolting of Chinese chive and screen out the suitable sunshine duration for inhibiting the bolting of Chinese chive,the effect of different sunshine duration on the bolting of Chinese chive was studied by taking the deep dormancy Chinese chive cultivar Haijiu No.6 as the test material and setting five different sunshine durations of natural light(CK),9 h,10 h,11 h and 12 h.The results showed that proper shortening of sunshine duration could significantly inhibit the bolting of Chinese chive.The bolting rates of Chinese chive under 10 h and 11 h sunshine were the lowest,which were 0.66%and 0.34%,respectively.The bolting rates of Chinese chive under 9 h and 12 h sunshine were 8.47%and 3.31%,respectively.The results of anatomical observation of flower bud differentiation also showed that shortening the sunshine duration appropriately could effectively inhibit the flower bud differentiation of Chinese chive.The results of this study could provide a reference for improving the yield and quality of summer Chinese chive in high altitude cold areas such as Zhangjiakou of Hebei Province.
