摘  要:在遇到大断层时工作面需要跳采以保证采煤效率,跳采区域巷道受顶板矿压影响,易产生冒顶、片帮等破坏形式,为解决钱营孜煤矿W3_(2)33工作面过跳采段巷道支护难题,结合现场工程条件,通过理论分析顶板来压情况,结合相似工程经验,针对跳采区域探煤巷以及W3_(2)33风巷留巷部分,提出一种合理预裂爆破切顶方案,研究分析出一套合理的爆破参数,同时对巷道进行加强支护,通过理论分析和FLAC3D有限元分析软件模拟,分析设计支护方案下锚杆索系统产生的预应力场,结果表明巷道附近能形成连续有效高应力区,对围岩体起到加固作用,结合预裂爆破切顶方案,达到理想支护效果。In the face of large faults,the working face needs to jump mining to ensure the mining efficiency.The roadway in the jump mining area is affected by the roof pressure,which is easy to produce roof fall,rib spalling and other failure forms.In order to solve the problem of roadway support in the jump mining section of No.W3_(2)33 Face in Qianyingzi Mine,combined with the field engineering conditions,through the theoretical analysis of the roof pressure situation,combined with similar engineering experience,a reasonable pre-splitting blasting roof cutting scheme was proposed for the coal exploration roadway in the jump mining area and the W3_(2)33 air roadway retaining part,and a set of reasonable blasting parameters were studied and analyzed.At the same time,the roadway was strengthened and supported.Through theoretical analysis and FLAC3D finite element analysis software simulation,the prestress field generated by the bolt-cable system under the design support scheme was analyzed.The results showed that a continuous effective high stress zone could be formed near the roadway,which played a reinforcing role in the surrounding rock mass.Combined with the pre-splitting blasting roof cutting scheme,the ideal support effect was achieved.
