摘 要:针对水峪煤矿智能化掘进面控制要求,提出一种煤矿智能化掘进面智能化改造方案。以水峪煤矿81103工作面运输巷为研究对象,分别对智能悬臂式掘进机与智能化掘进面控制系统进行了设计。实践表明,相对于水峪煤矿原有传统煤矿掘进面管理模式,智能化掘进面管理模式应用效果良好,可提升13%左右的掘进效率,保证了水峪煤矿安全高效开采。Aiming at the control requirements of intelligent heading face in Shuiyu Coal Mine, an intelligent transformation scheme of intelligent heading face in coal mine is proposed. Taking the 81103 working face of Shuiyu Coal Mine as the research object, the intelligent cantilever roadheader and the intelligent heading face control system are designed respectively. Practice shows that compared with the original traditional coal mine tunneling face management mode of Shuiyu Coal Mine, the intelligent tunneling face management mode has a good application effect, which can improve the tunneling efficiency by about 13%, and ensure the safe and efficient mining of Shuiyu Coal Mine.
