摘  要:实现矿井煤自燃火灾的早期预警和高效防控的关键是确定煤自燃特征参数和分级预警体系。通过煤自燃程序升温试验得到了梅花井煤矿2号煤层工作面煤样在不同氧气浓度下耗氧速率,CO、C_(2)H_(4)等气体随温度的变化规律,结合现场数据,确定了采空区煤自燃预测指标气体为CO、CH_(4)、C_(2)H_(4)和C_(2)H_(6),并将格氏火灾系数R_(2)、R_(3)和C_(2)H_(4)/C_(2)H_(6)作为辅助煤自燃预测指标。最终将梅花井煤矿煤自燃指标预警等级划分为“绿、黄、蓝、橙、红”5级预警,设置气体临界阈值,实现了梅花井煤矿工作面煤自燃隐患的识别防控,对于保障工作面的安全高效开采具有重要的指导意义。For early warning and efficient prevention and control of coal spontaneous combustion fires in mines,the key is to determine the characteristic parameters of coal spontaneous combustion and the hierarchical early warning system.Through the programmed temperature increasing experiment of coal spontaneous combustion,we obtained the changes of the oxygen consumption rate,CO gas,C_(2)H_(4)and other gases with temperature under different oxygen concentrations for coal samples from the 2#working face of Meihuajing Coal Mine.Combined with the field data,we determined the spontaneous combustion of coal in the goaf area.The prediction index gases of CO,CH_(4),C_(2)H_(4)and C_(2)H_(6)are used,and the Grignard fire coefficients R_(2),R_(3)and C_(2)H_(4)/C_(2)H_(6)are adopted as prediction indexes for auxiliary coal spontaneous combustion.The indicator early warning level of Meihuajing Mine coal spontaneous combustion is divided into five levels of“green,yellow,blue,orange,and red”,and the gas critical threshold is set to realize the identification,prevention and control of hidden coal spontaneous combustion hazards on the working face,which is important for ensuring the safety of the working face.
