摘  要:为研究机械造穴钻孔对于瓦斯抽采效果的影响,以沙曲二号煤矿三采区4号煤层4304综采工作面为工程背景,采用数值模拟研究方法,对比分析了平行钻孔与机械造穴钻孔对于瓦斯有效抽采区域的影响。研究表明,采用机械造穴钻孔,可有效提高有效抽采区域体积,相比平行钻孔,有效抽采体积扩大了1.75倍。通过现场实验,对瓦斯抽采数据进行监测,应用造穴钻孔后,平均混合抽采流量提高了1.84倍,平均瓦斯抽采纯量提高了1.62倍。通过对机械造穴钻孔的应用和研究分析,为造穴增透的瓦斯抽采方案提供了理论参考。In order to study the effect of mechanical cavitation drilling on gas extraction,taking the 3#coal seam of Shaqu No.2 Coal Mine as the engineering background,the numerical simulation research method is used to compare and analyze the effect of parallel drilling and mechanical cavitation drilling on the effective gas extraction area.The research shows that by using mechanical cavitation drilling,the volume of effective extraction area can be increased by 1.75 times compared with parallel drilling.Through the field experiment,and the gas extraction data monitoring,after the application of cavitation drilling,the average mixed extraction flow increased by 1.84 times,the average gas extraction purity increased by 1.62 times.Through the application and research of mechanical cavitation drilling,the theoretical foundation is laid for the gas extraction scheme of cavitation enhancement.
