不同阶段煤层气开采废水处理工艺优化

摘  要:煤层气在开采过程中会产生大量的废水,对环境造成不可忽视的污染。为实现煤层气开采过程中废水的无害化处理,减少环境污染,针对不同阶段煤层气开采废水的特点,分别提出了不同的优化处理工艺。对于钻井废水,提出采用“Fe/C微电解-H 2 O 2耦合工艺”工艺进行处理;对于压裂废水,提出采用“微电解+Fenton氧化法+絮凝”工艺进行处理;对于排采废水,提出采用“混凝沉淀+离子交换+除气+反渗透”工艺进行处理。工艺优化之后,不同种类污染物的去除率均有了明显提升,满足相关排放和用水要求。A lot of wastewater would produce during the process of coalbed methane extraction,causing environmental pollution.In order to achieve harmless treatment of wastewater during coalbed methane extraction and reduce environmental pollution,different optimized treatment processes have been proposed based on the characteristics of coalbed methane extraction wastewater at different stages.The results show that for drilling wastewater,the“Fe/C microelectrolysis H 2O 2 coupling process”is proposed for treatment.For fracturing wastewater,the“microelectrolysis+Fenton oxidation+flocculation”process is proposed for treatment.For drainage wastewater,the“coagulation sedimentation+ion exchange+degassing+reverse osmosis”process is proposed for treatment.After process optimization,the removal rates for different types of pollutants have significantly improved,thus meeting relevant requirements for discharge and water use.
