摘  要:韩城矿区地质条件复杂,特别是桑树坪煤矿北二采区开拓巷道穿越煤层,巷道硬度变化较大。为克服岩层掘进支护困难、煤层顶板破碎、片帮严重等难题,研发了复杂地质条件下岩巷TBM快速掘进系统。TBM快速掘进系统机械系统由刀盘、推进、支撑、钻锚等系统组成,控制系统由导航、监测、控制等系统组成。TBM快速掘进系统集成度高,能够实现掘进、支护、出渣等多工序并行连续作业,掘进面操作人员由18人减少到8人,最高日进尺17.9 m,最高月进尺352 m。实践表明,TBM快速掘进系统提高了掘进效率,提升了巷道成形质量,减少了作业人员,解决了复杂地质条件下岩巷施工速度慢、采掘失衡等难题。The geological conditions of Hancheng mining area are complicated,especially in the north second mining area of Sangshuping coal mine,the developing roadway crossing through the coal seam,and the hardness of the roadway varying a lot,there are difficulties in the rock excavation and support,the roof of the coal seam is broken,and the spalling of the wall is serious.We have developed a rock roadway TBM rapid tunnelling system under the complicated geological conditions.The mechanical system of TBM rapid tunneling system consists of cutter plate,propulsion,support,drilling and anchoring systems,and the control system consists of navigation,monitoring and control systems,etc.The TBM rapid tunneling system is highly integrated,and can realize the parallel and continuous operation of multiple processes such as excavation,supporting,and slagging etc.The number of operators at the driving face of has been reduced from 18 to 8,and the maximum daily footage of the system is 17.9 m,and the maximum monthly footage is 352 m.The TBM rapid tunneling system has increased the efficiency of the tunneling,improved the quality of roadway formation,reduced the number of workers,and solved the problems of slow construction speed and imbalance of mining and excavation in rock roadway under complex geological conditions.
