摘 要:刮板机、破碎机和转载机的槽体作为综采设备的核心过煤部件,经受着苛刻的磨损损伤,其服役寿命直接影响煤矿的安全和稳定生产。然而以单焊枪堆焊设备为主体的三机槽体中板、底板、W形侧槽帮处磨损的再制造维修存在焊接工作量大、劳动强度高、操作环境恶劣等问题,亟需进行提升改造。通过升级双/四焊枪设备及相匹配的控制系统,实现了三机槽体中板、底板4条耐磨带的同时焊接再制造,大幅提升三机槽体的焊接再制造效率。通过焊枪定位系统还实现了底板耐磨带的自动补焊,显著改善了“口”字型槽体底板的焊接再制造加工质量。双/四焊枪堆焊设备在彬长生产服务中心的实践表明,单班维修槽体效率较原单焊枪模式提高4倍,助力了煤矿装备大修质量提升以及再制造产品转型升级。The slot body of scraper,crushers,and transfer machines(referred to as three machine slot body),as the core coal passing components of fully mechanized mining equipment,are subjected to harsh wear and tear damage,and their service life directly affects the safety and stable production of coal mines.However,the re-manufacturing and maintenance of the wear and tear on the middle plate,bottom plate,and w-shaped side groove edge of the three machine slot body,mainly composed of single welding gun overlay welding equipment,face problems such as large welding workload,high labor intensity,and harsh operating environment,which urgently require improvement and transformation.We have realized simultaneous welding and re-manufacturing of four wear-resistant belts on the middle and bottom plates of the three machine slot body by upgrading the dual/four welding gun equipment and matching control systems,greatly improving the welding and re-manufacturing efficiency of the slot body.The automatic repair welding of the wear-resistant belt on the bottom plate has been achieved through the welding gun positioning system,significantly improving the welding and re-manufacturing quality of the“T”-type groove bottom plate.The dual/four welding gun overlay welding equipment has been successfully used in the Binchang Production Service Center,and the efficiency of single shift slot maintenance has increased by four times compared to the original single welding gun mode.
