摘 要:通过酸浸法处理炼钢厂废料,经过水解和聚合反应制成一种磁性絮凝剂,可实现资源再利用。X射线衍射分析显示,该絮凝剂主要成分是γ-Fe_(2)O_(3),红外谱图和Zeta电位分析证实其为无机高分子混凝剂,其主要絮凝机理为吸附电中和。研究发现,制备过程中熟化时间对铁离子形态转化有显著影响,经过5天熟化制备的产品中Fe(b)含量最高,絮凝效果最佳。在应用实验中以长庆油田苏里格气田采出液为研究对象,该絮凝剂的适用pH范围为7~11,最佳投加量为0.3~0.4 g/L。实验结果显示,该絮凝剂使浊度去除率高达99%以上,COD去除率达64%以上。与市场上常用的聚合氯化铝相比,其沉降速度更快,下层絮体体积更小,性能优异,应用前景广阔。In this contribution,the steelworks waste underwent acid leaching to be hydrolyzed and polymerized into a magnetic flocculant,thereby achieving resource recycling.X-ray diffraction analysis revealed that the received flocculant primarily consisted ofγ-Fe_(2)O_(3).Furthermore,infrared spectroscopy and Zeta potential characterizations indicated that it was an inorganic polymer flocculant,with the main flocculation mechanism being adsorption and electric neutralization.It was found that the maturation time had a significant impact on the transformation of iron ion.The product obtained after 5 days of maturation exhibited the highest Fe(b)content,signifying the most effective coagulation component and optimal coagulation effect.Application experiments conducted on the produced liquid of Sulige gas field from Changqing oilfield demonstrated that the coagulant was effective within a pH range of 7~11,with an optimal dosage of 0.3~0.4 g/L.Under these conditions,the turbidity removal rate exceeded 99%,and the COD removal rate surpassed 64%.In comparison to the commonly used PAC in the market,this coagulant boasted several outstanding features,including a faster sedimentation rate and a smaller volume of settled flocs,indicating its extensive range of application prospects.
