摘  要:工业生产过程中胶带输送是一种常用的运输方式,但是胶带火灾时有发生,会严重威胁企业安全生产。为了研究胶带燃烧特性,使用锥形量热仪研究胶带在不同辐射强度条件下的燃烧过程。研究结果发现,热辐射强度逐渐增加从而导致胶带的点燃时间(TTI)大幅缩短;总放热量(THR)和放热速率峰值(PHRR)也随着热辐射强度的增加,显著增大。35 kW/m^(2)时的THR值为121.28 MJ/m^(2),比25 kW/m^(2)时增加了22.36 MJ/m^(2)。3种不同热辐射强度实验条件下胶带样品质量均显著降低,质量降低速率和产烟气量随实验辐射功率的降低而降低。通过火灾蔓延指数(FGI)、火灾性能指数(FPI)、放热指数(THRI_(6 min))和烟气生成速率(SP)分析表明,胶带燃烧时的火灾危险性均与热辐射强度成正比,热辐射强度越大,胶带试样在燃烧时从外界引火源能量越大,着火时的危险性也就越大。Belt conveying is a commonly used method in industrial production,but belt fires would occur from time to time,seriously threatening the safety of enterprise production.In order to study the combustion characteristics of the belt,the combustion process of the belt under different radiation intensities was tested using a cone calorimeter.The results show that:the time to ignition(TTI)of the belt was shortened by the gradual increase in the intensity of thermal radiation;the total heat release(THR)and the peak heat release rate(PHRR)increased significantly with the increase in the intensity of thermal radiation;the THR value at 35 kW/m^(2)was 121.28 MJ/m^(2),which was 22.36 MJ/m^(2)higher than that at 25 kW/m^(2);the belt samples under the experimental conditions of three different thermal radiation intensities were tested by conical calorimeter.The belt sample mass was significantly reduced,and the rate of mass reduction and the amount of smoke decreased with the reduction of experimental radiant power.The fire spread index(FGI),fire performance index(FPI),exothermic index(THRI_(6min)),and smoke generation rate(SP)analysis shows that the fire danger of the belt when burning is directly proportional to the intensity of thermal radiation,the greater the intensity of thermal radiation,the greater the energy of the belt specimen from the external ignition source when burning,and the greater the danger of catching fire.
