气水混压增透技术在低透气性煤层中的试验研究

摘  要:小宝鼎煤矿地质条件极其复杂,煤层瓦斯含量大,且透气性差,从而导致煤层钻孔抽采效率低。在水压预裂机理的基础上,提出气水混压增透技术,并确定该技术的增透工艺及参数。通过实施气水混压增透技术,煤层钻孔的抽采浓度增大3倍以上、抽采纯量增大4~6倍、煤层瓦斯含量整体降幅在43%~46%,平均降幅在45%以上。通过该技术能够极大缩短煤层瓦斯灾害治理时间,解决矿井采掘接替紧张的问题,为矿井的安全生产提供保障。The geological conditions of Xiaobaoding coal mine is extremely complicated,and the gas content of coal seam is large with poor air permeability,which leads to the low efficiency of coal seam drilling and extraction.Based on the mechanism of water pressure pre-cracking,we put forward the permeability-enhancing technology of gas-water mixing pressure,and determine the permeability-enhancing process and parameters of the technology.After the implementation of gas-water mixing pressure permeability-enhancing technology,the extraction concentration of coal seam borehole increases by more than 3 times,the pure amount of extraction increases by 4~6 times,the overall decrease of coal seam gas content is 43%~46%,and the average decrease is more than 45%.Through the technology,the treatment time of coal seam gas disaster can be greatly shortened,and the problem of mine mining-tunneling replacement tension can be solved.It provides a guarantee for mine safety production.
